DO I have to pay for updates?
No! We make constant updates to our software, add new features and you get it all for FREE! Because ELMessenger Pro is hosted on the cloud, once she's installed on your browser whenever we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account!
Is my personal Facebook account safe?
Yes! The creators of ELMessenger Pro developed it to ensure that your Facebook profile doesn't get triggered or flagged for automation, spam, or violating policies. ELMessenger Pro is a Chrome extension that lives on your browser and so because of that, the only way that Facebook could penalize you is if you do something that behaves like a bot. AND YOU ARE NOT A BOT! That's why we've developed ELMessenger Pro to work slower than a humans would to ensure that your profile never gets accused of bot-like behaviors.
DO I have to instal anything?
No! We created ELMessenger Pro as a Chrome extension that lives on your browser so no need to install anything! Just sign up, log in and let ELMessenger Pro do her thing!
HOW LONG IS YOUR CONTRACT?
There are NO long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel at any time. We have a Month to Month subscription or an annual subscription.
HOW MANY FRIEND REQUESTS or MESSAGES CAN I SEND PER DAY?
Because ELMessenger Pro interacts directly with Facebook, we never know how many friend requests are "safe" to send out each day. That being said, we don't recommend you becoming a spammer or mass message/friend requestor. This is bad business. The goal is not to remove all work. The goal is to create a simple system to make your work less overwhelming and more streamlined.
Follow best practices and relationship driven processes for the best results... AND we don't recommend more than 25 friend requests a day MAX.
IF I don't like it can i cancel?
Absolutely! We offer an easy cancelation system. Simply log in to your account, click on your account settings and click "cancel my account". No need to call, email, or talk to anyone!
I'm NOT TECHNICAL? IS THERE TRAINING?
Yes. There is step-by-step video training and 5 day challenon how to set ELMessenger Pro up and use it to its maximum efficiency. If you are still stuck or don't know what to do, you will be able to reach out to support and they will be able to help you out ASAP.
If I Cancel WILL MY DATA BE DELETED?
As with most "software service" platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible but don't worry, we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
Can I integrate MY Favorite 3rd - Party Apps on the extension?
Yes and No: Yes! - We do connect directly with the Social Connector and High Level Platform! You have access to that feature as a premium user.
For other apps...Although we think it'd be a great idea to be able to integrate different 3rd party apps into ELMessenger Pro, right now, we do not yet have this functionality. That is on the Feature Requests List and we are working on getting this feature installed into a later version of ELMessenger Pro!
